The City of Vancouver invites Request for Expressions of Interest ("RFEOI") from potential
Proponents to provide special event bicycle parking services for the 2010 Olympic Games
for the City of Vancouver. If your organization is available and interested in
participating in this process, please forward your Request for Expression of Interest
(RFEOI) submission on or before November 17, 2009 as outlined on the cover page of this
RFEOI.
It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to regularly check the City of Vancouver
Purchasing Web Page at vancouver.ca/fs/bid for addenda, questions/answers and amendments
related to this RFA.
Request for Application are to be addressed and delivered to Purchasing Services Office,
3rd Floor, Suite #320, East Tower, 555 West 12th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia,
Canada, V5Z 3X7 up to the Closing Time: 3:00:00 pm Purchasing Services Office Clock Time,
Tuesday, November 17, 2009.
Documentation received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
